Essensity and the City Promotion (“Promotion”)

Visit www.essensityandthecity.ca to book a complimentary wash and blow dry Appointment (“Appointment”) for you and one (1) friend on one of the dates/times/salons listed above. There is a limit of one (1) Appointment per person and availability is based on a first come, first served basis. Spaces are limited and all Appointments will take place on select Mondays between July 27, 2009 and October 26, 2009. Once booked, Appointments cannot be rescheduled. To cancel your Appointment, please email us at rsvp@essensityandthecity.ca (please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation). If we have to cancel your Appointment for any reason, we will send you an email to that effect and you can try to book another Appointment. Appointments will be taking place at one of five salons located in the downtown Toronto area. Without limitation, you are solely responsible for any and all costs associated with attending your Appointment, such as transportation and gratuities (if desired). Offer open to Canadian residents only. At your Appointment, you will receive a 20% off coupon, while supplies last, which is valid for one (1) hair colour service only at the salon indicated on the coupon. Limit of one (1) coupon per person. Valid for one time use only and cannot be combined with any other offers. Coupon expires December 31, 2009 and is subject to additional terms and conditions (as stated on the coupon).

By participating, you agree: (i) to release Schwarzkopf Professional, a Division of Henkel Consumer Goods Canada Inc., elevator communications inc. and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with your or your friend’s participation in the Promotion, including in respect of any services provided by the salon(s) during the Promotion or when you redeem your coupon; and (ii) agree that we can take your picture after your hair is styled for posting online (such as on Facebook, Shutterfly and/or www.essensityandthecity.ca) and for any other promotional purposes.
